AMAT XR Implanter, replacement control screen

The success of the Penulator™ Pro monitor in becoming the control screen of choice for many fabs, means SSSco receives many requests to design and deliver a Pro monitor for many other tools.  One recent success is the Pro monitor for AMAT 9500 Xr implanter, replacing very old and increasingly unreliable display technology with the cost-effective, clear and easy-to-install Pro.
