Improved decoders for SYSCON and ERROR LOG files. New release of SENTRY software

Users of AMAT Centura, Endura and P5000 systems with installations of SSSco's PDS system can now look forward to even better access to system data, with the latest release of SENTRY software 1.13. This is the latest development, made in response to customer requests and the increasing daily use of PDS at many fabs around the world.

The latest SENTRY version includes improved decoders for standard system files on each platform;

PDS customers can logon at the service portal and download the latest version 1.13 which includes the latest decoders.
