How do I get a quote?
Quotes are provided from fax, email and phone requests.
Are your parts new, refurbished or used?
We carry a wide variety of new, used and refurbished parts. Our quotes will indicate the part’s condition.
What is your lead time?
Lead times are provided on the quotation, however we only quote spare parts that we have in stock. Generally, for spare parts, we can ship within one business day of the purchase order and/or payment.
Can I have a picture of the item?
We can send you a picture of anything we quote. Many of the items have been de-contaminated and/or cleaned to like-new condition and are in sealed bags. We can not open the bag for a picture.
Do you have a warranty?
Most items are sold AS IS. We will replace, repair or refund the part(s), at our option, items that are found to be non-functional if reported within 5 business days of receipt. System Refurbishment sales may have a negotiated warranty.
How do we place an order?
All clients are encouraged to submit a Purchase Order via email or facsimile. New customers must pre-pay their first few orders. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and money orders.
Existing customers can setup an account with Net 30 terms. Please complete the credit application and provide a copy of any applicable sales tax exemption forms. We will accept credit cards, wire transfer, check and money orders.

What is your shipping policy?
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and any duties and taxes. All equipment is shipped "Ex-Works" or FOB Semiconductor Support Services, Co.
What is your return policy?
Working parts that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
