AMAT XR Implanter Support - high quality parts

SSSco has added a wide range of new parts for AMAT implanters, including 9500, 9500XR, XR180, XR200 etc. 

These high quality parts are available for qualification, and come with warranty.

Many obsolete parts are no longer from the OEM, but have been improved or redesigned for better performance.

All parts are qualified in production fabs, and can be continuously supplied by SSSco. Find out more information here
