DPS Etch Chambers - DTCU Refurbishment
Due to the heavy ongoing use of the DPS Poly chambers at our customer sites, SSSco has developed a fully Quality Assured programme to repair and refurbish the Dome Temperature Control Unit (DTCU).
This critical part is needed for each wafer process - and so reliability is essential.
