How long has SSS Co been in business?
SSS Co was established in 2001. We have grown have offices in North America, Shanghai, Singapore, Taiwan and Scotland.
How many Projects has SSS Co completed?
SSS Co has completed 100's of major projects including full system refurbishments and chamber retrofits.
How does SSS Co provide spares for warranty support?
SSS Co has two warehouses stocked with over 70,000 line items of spare parts inventory. Our inventory includes used, refurbished, OPM new and OEM new parts. SSS Co is authorized to purchase spares for equipment 200mm and below direct from Applied Materials with no restrictions.
What is the SSS Co warranty?
Standard warranties are 6 months to one year for labor and non-consumable spares. However, warranty terms can vary depending on the level of support required by an individual customer.
What is the service escalation path for down support?
With offices in Asia, North America and Europe we have engineers available 24 hours a day to support escalations. Our equipment engineering support averages over 15 years of semiconductor experience per engineer to ensure that customers concerns can be addressed quickly and completely.
What level of Process Engineering support does SSS Co provide?
SSS Co’s normal process support extends through Tier II on start-up. SSS Co can provide advanced support to assist in process development based on the customer’s requirements.

Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we carry full insurance, domestic and international. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
Are your spare parts new, refurbished or used?
We carry a wide variety of new, used and refurbished parts. Our inventory includes used, refurbished, OPM new and OEM new parts. Our spare parts quotes will indicate the part’s condition.
What is your lead time?
Lead times are provided on the quotation, however parts in stock can be shipped within one business day of the purchase order and/or payment, with down support available at no additional charge.
Can I have a picture of the item?
We can send you a picture of anything we quote. Many of the items have been de-contaminated and/or cleaned to like-new condition and are in sealed bags. We cannot open the bag for a picture.
Do you have a warranty?
For items found to be non-functional, SSS Co will replace, repair or refund the part(s), at our option, if reported within 10 business days of receipt. Please call for an RMA.
How do we place an order?
All clients are encouraged to submit a Purchase Order via email or facsimile. New customers must pre-pay their order. We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers, and money orders.
Existing customers can setup an account with Net 30 terms, pending SSS Co approval.
Please complete the credit application (PDF) and provide a copy of any applicable sales tax exemption forms. We will accept credit cards, wire transfer, check and money orders.
What is your shipping policy?
Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges and any duties and taxes. All equipment is shipped "Ex-Works" or FOB Semiconductor Support Services, Co.
What is your return policy?
Working parts that are returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please call for an RMA.
