Terms, Warranty, and Returns
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance or rejection by Semiconductor Support Services, Co., hereafter referred to as SSS Co No offer, order, or contract shall be deemed accepted unless and until SSS Co makes such acceptance in writing. Prices
Prices, quotations, specifications, terms, and all statements appearing in SSS Co's catalogs, brochures, advertisement or other representations are subject to change without notice. Where applicable, SSS Co reserves the right to make changes in design or specifications at any time, without incurring any obligation to provide same on items previously purchased, or to continue to supply obsolete items. The weight and dimensions shown in SSS Co's literature is not guaranteed.
Unless otherwise specifically provided in writing, the prices quoted are based upon the manufacture and sale of the quantity and types of product originally quoted. Further, completion and delivery assurances are subject to revision when orders are modified by the customer or acts of God occur. All typographical, stenographic, or clerical errors are subject to correction.
The delivery date is our best estimate of the date material will be shipped from our facility and we assume no liability for loss, damage, or consequential damage, monetary or otherwise due to delays. Due to the nature of our business, occasional delays related to acquisition of raw materials are inevitable.
Terms of Payment
With prior approval, orders may be placed with net 30 terms. SSS Co may at any time alter or suspend credit. Each shipment shall be considered a separate and independent transaction and payment shall be made accordingly.

Shipments
All shipments are made F.O.B. SSS Co (unless otherwise specified). Boxing and packing for parts less than 100 pounds are included in the quoted price. When special or export packing is required an appropriate charge will be added and the responsibility of the buyer. When ordering, clearly state your preferred method of shipment. Unless otherwise specified, SSS Co will deliver the material in a company vehicle or commercial carrier of its choice. Reasonable and appropriate care is exercised in packing our products and we assume no responsibility for delay, breakage, or damage after having made the delivery in good order to the carrier.
All claims should be made to the carrier; however, SSS Co will happily render reasonable assistance in making necessary claims to the carrier. In the event that SSS Co delivers the material in a company vehicle, it is the responsibility of the receiving representative to note any damage or exception to the material at time of delivery. Therefore, signature on the packing slip at delivery signifies that the material was delivered in an acceptable useable manner.
Warranty
SSS Co guarantees to correct by repair, replacement or refund, at our option, any defect in material or workmanship which develops under normal and proper use within 10 days of receipt, or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. All such material must be returned to us at buyer's expense, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We will not assume any expense or liability for repairs or modifications made outside our facilities. SSS Co is not responsible for damage caused to any associated instruments, equipment, or apparatus nor shall we be held liable for monitory, loss of profit, or other special damages.
Express Warranty Exclusions
- Warranty claims made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Warranty item exhibits evidence of tampering.
- Warranty item exhibits evidence of improper use, application, or abuse.
- Warranty item exhibits evidence of contamination or fouling.
- Item failure unrelated to items repaired, damaged, modified or replaced during the repair.
There is no other guarantee or warranty or liability except as stated expressly.
Claims and Rejected Material
No products may be returned without permission in writing, except with prior arrangement. Any approved return should be sent to our facility accompanied by a document explaining as completely as possible the defects and conditions under which the failure occurred.
Specifications
Where an order is based on sample approval, such sample's functional characteristics and properties shall take precedence over other forms of specifications for material to be shipped under that order. SSS Co reserves the right to make changes that do not alter electrical or mechanical functions except if specifically restricted by prior agreement.
Taxes
Federal excise, state and local taxes, if any, must be added to the prices and will be shown as a separate item upon invoices and quotations shall be borne by the customer. Buyers must supply a proper resale exemption form to be exempt from any taxes.
