SSSco. Key Performance Indicators are achieved by:

  • Monitoring and identifying non-conformance and opportunities for improvement
  • Carefully assessing and introducing corrective actions to increase customer satisfaction and enhance the QMS
  • Regular management review and feedback of employee compliance to QMS internal processes and standards
