PDS Drive - replaces floppy U2, adds U4
PDS Drive is available for Centura, Endura, Producer and P5000
- Installed in U2 floppy position, uses high quality SLC SD card.
- Adds U4 capability with no file size limit (U2 is only 1.2MB).
- Transfer any U0 system file to U4 with no SECS/GEM overhead.
- U4 is a bootable device, and has an integrated FTP file server.
When connected to PDS Remote - PDS Drive is remotely controlled across a network from PDS SENTRY software. This enables;
- Backup/restore and file transfer to U0 over a network.
- File transfer with no SECS overhead using direct SCSI bus operations
- Automated scheduled backups
